The Director of Integration & Project Management will assist the organization in developing, managing and advancing integration efforts of newly acquired centers and innovative care models. ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Integration & Project Management will assist in strengthening and professionalizing the integration effort, advising on optimum structures and helping to guide internal functional experts through the journey of integration. This position will work closely with operations and other company functions who are responsible for project or deal execution, to refine and develop repeatable efficient processes. The process development includes planning, tracking, and executing transition timelines and milestones from pre to post-acquisition, or pre and post implementation cycles. Essential Functions: Integration: Develop, coordinate, prepare, and implement project plans to support integration of newly acquired businesses Establish and adhere to project timelines, outline resources required for successful implementation of initiatives, and monitor results to ensure goals are met Drive day to day execution of the integration process including leading and coaching cross-functional teams, facilitating and leading high-level integration meetings Process Improvement & Project Management: Develop, implement and coordinate strategies and operational enhancements aimed toward ensuring integration planning & execution are effective and efficient Create consolidated program milestones, interdependencies, and communications plans ABOUT YOU You will play a vital role to ensure that we deliver on our Mission to make life better for those with kidney disease and our Vision to be unsurpassed in our individualized experience, our quality, and our compassion. Minimum Education & Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's Degree preferred (i.e. MBA, MPH) 5 years of experience in project management and/or optimization of business processes or integration of new businesses Experience across multiple functions (Operations, PM, R&D, Sales, IT, HR, Development etc.) preferred Healthcare experience preferred, Dialysis experience a plus Other professional certifications preferred (i.e. PMP, Six Sigma) Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to travel to advance or manage integration projects Ability to multi-task, superb attention to detail, strong organizational skill, ability to work with minimal supervision Coordinating cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders Financial and analytical skills, ability to read and understand a P&L Excellent communication and presentation skills Satellite Healthcare, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
