Project Manager - Creative and Brand Management

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with more than 4,000 lawyers and staff in 31 offices, is seeking a Project Manager for our in-house creative and brand management team. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project management and resource allocation of the creative team and creative projects of varying size and complexity from initiation, planning, design, and monitoring, through to completion of a project and reporting. Using strong planning and organizational skills, the Project Manager coordinates project initiation for design and collateral materials, social and digital content, video, events and environmental branding while maintaining the firms style and guidelines and keeping within allotted time frames and budgets. Candidates must be creative, responsive, self-motivated, a team player, committed to excellence in the workplace, and have unparalleled attention to detail and strong client service skills. Candidates must be a self-starter with the ability to think strategically. This position requires a very high energy level, a positive can do attitude, and flexibility with working hours. Although currently remote, upon reopening of the office, this position will reside in our New York or Philadelphia office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Responsibilities include: Manages creative project assignments and workflows; making project assignments, setting the pace of the departments deliverables and balancing assignment of project resources. Manages the overall planning, control, status reporting and delivery of projects from start to completion to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements. Maintains an accurate and up-to-date record of all projects and their status using appropriate technology. Communicates consistently with project stakeholders and executives as appropriate, ensuring deliverables are being met by all team members at all stages of the project. Identifies all assets and resources necessary to successfully meet client expectations and develops and maintains all project deliverables including project charters, budgets, project plans, issues logs and change orders. Leads internal project team meetings and client status meetings. Ensures that all project documentation is produced in the standard format and is approved prior to delivery. Ensures issues requiring escalation are routed to the appropriate contact and resolved.
